How do I connect a social account?

Open your brand's social settings, choose a supported platform, and complete its authorization flow. The data available depends on the account type and permissions granted.

Which analytics can I see?

Depending on the platform, ZMEU can show followers, reach, impressions, views, likes, comments, and other post metrics. These are performance counts, and availability varies by platform.

Why might post analytics be empty?

Account totals can be available before individual post history has been imported. Use the import panel on Social, wait for it to finish, and select a date range containing those posts.

Is the data live?

Analytics sync from the connected provider rather than updating continuously. Check the last-sync time and use Refresh to request an update. Provider refresh limits can apply.

Can I compare different brands?

Review connected account performance in the relevant brand workspace. Brand capacity and advanced analytics features depend on your subscription plan.
