• Participation is subject to application review and approval by Zmeu.
• Ambassadors are not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Zmeu.
• Tier benefits, including Creator and Partner subscription benefits, are subject to periodic review.
• Private Ambassador subscription codes are for the Ambassador's own Zmeu subscription only and must not be shared.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, spam, misleading claims, and code misuse are prohibited.
• Ambassadors are responsible for clear disclosure where promotion, sponsorship, affiliate, or incentive disclosures are required.
• Referral rewards are issued as Zmeu platform Credits and are not withdrawable cash.
• Refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, or disqualified referrals may reduce or adjust future reward calculations.
• Zmeu may pause, downgrade, or end participation according to program terms and review outcomes.
