This agreement is between you and Cogniten KLG, the operator of ZMEU ("ZMEU", "we", "us"). It applies when you apply for or participate in the ZMEU Ambassador Program. By submitting an application or using a program benefit, you accept this agreement and ZMEU's Terms of Use и Политика конфиденциальности. Participation starts only when we approve your application.

1. Your role and tier

You participate independently, not as our employee, agent, or representative. You cannot make promises, enter agreements, or incur costs for ZMEU. The Ambassador, Creator, and Partner tiers have different content expectations, personal subscription benefits, and referral reward rates. Your approved tier and current benefits are shown in your program account or written approval. Meeting a content target alone does not guarantee a higher tier or a free subscription. We review performance and may change your tier prospectively.

2. Creating and sharing

Create original, useful ZMEU-related content at the frequency required for your tier. Describe the product and your experience honestly, check claims before publishing, and clearly disclose your relationship with ZMEU and any discount or reward whenever required by law or platform rules. Do not claim ZMEU approved your content unless we did. Unless we agree otherwise, qualifying public content should remain available for at least 90 days. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for material you publish.

3. Codes and referrals

You may share your public referral code or link through lawful, relevant channels. A private subscription code is only for your own eligible ZMEU subscription; do not share, sell, or use it for another account. Personal benefits apply only to eligible plans and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. Do not send spam, buy or fabricate referrals, refer yourself or an account you control, mislead customers, impersonate ZMEU, or bid on ZMEU brand terms in paid search without our written permission.

A referral qualifies only when our systems attribute a new customer to your code or link within the current attribution window, the customer pays for an eligible plan, and the payment remains valid. Rewards apply to qualified revenue during the applicable reward window, not indefinitely. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, fraud, and ineligible or duplicate customers can reduce or cancel qualified revenue. We may correct attribution or reward errors and reverse Credits tied to invalid revenue.

4. Rewards and personal benefits

Referral rewards are calculated at your approved tier rate and issued only after ZMEU reviews and approves them. Rewards are ZMEU platform Credits, not cash, wages, or a withdrawable balance. They cannot be sold or transferred and are used under the Terms of Use. Your personal subscription discount remains conditional on active participation, eligible plans, and tier review. You cover your own expenses and taxes arising from the program.

5. Names, content, and confidential information

While approved, you may use ZMEU's name and supplied brand materials only to promote the program under our current instructions. Do not alter our marks or register confusingly similar names. You keep ownership of your original content. You give ZMEU a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to share, repost, and display your public program content and your name or handle in our organic channels, with credit where practical. Paid ads or material edits require your separate permission. Keep non-public program, customer, pricing, and product information confidential unless we authorize disclosure or the law requires it.

6. Changes and ending participation

Either of us may end participation at any time by giving notice. We may pause benefits, withhold disputed rewards, or end participation immediately for suspected fraud, code misuse, unlawful promotion, or a material breach. When participation ends, stop using private codes and ZMEU brand materials and remove claims that you are a current program member. Valid, approved Credits already issued remain subject to the Terms of Use; no further rewards accrue after your participation ends, except those we expressly approve for earlier qualified revenue. We may update program rules with reasonable notice for future activity. Changes do not erase approved, valid Credits already issued.

7. Responsibility and governing law

We do not guarantee referrals, earnings, tier status, or uninterrupted program access. To the extent permitted by law, ZMEU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the program. You will cover reasonable third-party claims and costs caused by your unlawful promotional content, infringement, or material breach of this agreement, except to the extent caused by ZMEU.
