Turn scattered notes into a brief your creative team can use

Organize campaign goals, product facts, references, and feedback in ZMEU Notes & Docs before moving into creative production.

1

Separate facts from creative direction

Start with the client or brand, campaign goal, audience, deliverables, and deadline. Record exact product facts and offer terms separately from exploratory ideas. This makes it easier to revise the creative direction without accidentally changing a claim, price, or date.

2

Refine the wording without changing the brief

Select a rough passage and use writing assistance to make it clearer. Say what must remain unchanged, then review the rewrite. A strong brief gives the next person a decision they can act on; it should not require them to infer the client's intended audience or visual priorities.

3

Keep feedback attached to the work

Use comments and mentions where available to discuss the relevant passage. Record the approved direction and outstanding decisions in the document. For multiple clients, keep their briefs clearly named and associated with the correct brand so a reused structure does not carry over the previous client's facts.

4

Hand the approved context into production

Provide the relevant goal, references, and constraints when starting a creative-agent request; do not assume the agent has read every document. Select the matching brand and review the result against the brief. When the document needs to leave the workspace, export it as PDF or Word and check the file before sharing.
