How to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of information associated with ZMEU.

1. Information covered
Personal information may include account details, contact details, billing identifiers, authentication records, connected social account identifiers, support messages, technical logs, and usage records linked to your account.
Your uploaded brand assets, product images, prompts, generated content, captions, and scheduled posts may also be associated with your account or workspace.
2. Requests you can make
- Request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate account or contact information.
- Request deletion of your account and related personal information.
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing where applicable law allows.
- Ask for information about service providers used to operate the platform.
3. How to submit a request
Email info@zmeu.ai with the subject line "Personal Information Request" and include the email address connected to your zmeu.ai account.
We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request. We will not disclose account information to someone we cannot verify as the account owner or authorized workspace representative.
4. Limits and retained records
We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, billing, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion.
Deleting your zmeu.ai account does not automatically delete content already published to third-party platforms. You must remove published content directly from those platforms or request deletion through their tools.
5. User content and training
You retain ownership of your uploaded brand assets, product images, prompts, original content, captions, campaigns, scheduled posts, and generated outputs created for your account or workspace. We use your content to provide, secure, operate, support, analyze, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded brand or product content, and we do not sell, rent, license, or share your private customer content with third parties for their advertising, resale, or unrelated commercial use.
Where third-party AI or infrastructure providers process content for the Service, they do so as service providers for functions such as hosting, storage, AI generation, analytics, payments, publishing, security, or support, governed by their applicable provider terms and our agreements with them.
We do not use your private customer content for our public marketing or external case studies without your permission.
