Start with one post you actually need
Imagine a bakery is launching a lemon drink on Friday. Open Calendar and choose Create post. Pick the channel and date you are aiming for. You can start this post before the rest of the week is planned.
Scheduling and publishing
Follow a real post from first idea to a saved draft, a weekly plan, and a scheduled date.
Example: A bakery has a Friday lemon drink launch. Save its photo and caption as a draft, plan a teaser and reminder around it, then schedule only the posts the team approves.
Imagine a bakery is launching a lemon drink on Friday. Open Calendar and choose Create post. Pick the channel and date you are aiming for. You can start this post before the rest of the week is planned.
Add the real drink photo, then write a short caption with the offer, the day it begins, and a clear reason to visit. Check the image crop and caption together. The pictured post editor shows where you can revise the caption later.
In Create post, keep Set as draft selected and choose Save draft. The post appears on its calendar day marked Draft; it is saved for your team, not sent to a social account. This is also useful while an account is not yet connected.
Select the draft card to check its photo, caption, channel, date and time. Change the wording or ask Creative Agent for a specific revision, such as 'Make Friday's draft shorter and more natural.' Review the edit before you keep it. If a post has already been approved, use Move to draft before making further changes.
Choose Generate week to plan the rest of the campaign. Select the week, product, channels and other options in the setup dialog. For our bakery, ask for a Wednesday teaser and a Sunday reminder around the Friday launch. The existing Friday draft gives you a concrete post to compare against the new ideas.
Read the proposed topics, channel mix and credit estimate on the review screen. Change any repetitive or incorrect idea before choosing Generate. After generation, open each new post to check its image, caption and timing against your actual offer.
Use Week or Month view to check the sequence. Move a post to the right day, refine its details and approve it only when it is ready. For automatic publishing, connect the chosen channel and use Schedule or Publish now in the post flow. Check the status on the calendar: Draft, Scheduled and Published mean different things.
